Wizard of Oz (???): (Can only be unlocked via command seal) Once the true name of Oscar is revealed he changes classes into a foreigner. Once he is a foreigner he starts slowly losing his sanity & will start trying to plunge the universe into silence & colorlessness.

Technicolor, Somewhere Over The Rainbow (A): Oscar makes a reality marble of a black & white, silent world, then shoots a magenta ball at someone causing them to lose their sanity. Technicolor is a combination of The Wizard of Oz's reputation for being the first color film & a sliver of the power the Color gives to him. Basically making a world of Television where The Wizard of Oz never existed. However due to Oscar's nature as a heroic spirit, he cannot maintain this for very long.
Wizard of Oz, The Great & Powerful (?): (Can only be unlocked via command seal) Once the true name of Oscar is revealed he changes classes into a foreigner. Once he is a foreigner he starts slowly losing his sanity & will start trying to plunge the universe into silence & colorlessness. Oscar reveals his true name, allowing his body to be taken over the the Color. Fully manifesting the body of a fictional character into the real world.
Technicolor out of Space, Blasted Heath (EX): The Wizard of Oz makes all of reality colorless & silent & generates a magenta ball which follows him around, anyone touched by the ball will slowly lose their sanity, once all of their sanity is gone they will be vaporized & absorbed into the ball making it bigger. Technicolor Out of Space is an amped up version of Technicolor. With his true name revealed & the Color overtaking his magic circuits, he manifests his small reality marble into reality.

Personal history

The Wizard is one of the characters in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Unseen for most of the novel, he is the ruler of the Land of Oz & highly venerated by his subjects. Believing he is the only man capable of solving their problems, Dorothy & her friends travel to the Emerald City, the capital of Oz, to meet him. Oz is very reluctant to meet them, but eventually each is granted an audience, one by one. In each of these occasions, the Wizard appears in a different form, once as a giant head, once as a beautiful fairy, once as a horrible monster, and once as a ball of fire. When, at last, he grants an audience to all of them at once, he seems to be a disembodied voice. Eventually, it is revealed that Oz is actually none of these things, but rather an ordinary conman from Omaha, Nebraska, who has been using elaborate magic tricks & props to make himself seem "great & powerful". Working as a magician for a circus, he wrote OZ (the initials of his first two forenames, Oscar being his first, & Zoroaster being the first of his seven middle names) on the side of his hot air balloon for promotional purposes. One day his balloon sailed into the Land of Oz & he found himself worshipped as a great sorcerer. As Oz had no leadership at the time, he became Supreme Ruler of the kingdom & did his best to sustain the myth.

Likes: My likes? There was a girl once. The only human to ever see through my façade. Who for a bit made me feel less alone. Though I can't remember her name. The only thing I can remember are her shoes, such a blinding shade of red.
Dislikes: What do I dislike? People mainly. Relax that was a joke. If I had to actually pick something it'd be a tie between Color & sanity. I also don't like witches or monkeys. Actually I don't like a lot of things.
