Personal history

Born in the Organa mountains to Sythrosel, chief of the Daxul clan, Thesiel was a runt, regarded as an unnecessary strain on the hermit clan's limited resources. As with all runts, Thesiel was abandoned at the foot of a mountain range in Ograna near the border of Draique during late summer. Left for dead, Thesiel's cries were heard by an AutumnReaver. Pronoia, a Half-elf, found Thesiel and took him to the College of the Grove Protectors, where she raised him to become a warrior to protect Glainia as she had done for many years. Showing a knack for academics, Thesiel became a powerful Moon Circle Druid and eventually a teacher at the College. Despite the caring and nurturing environment, Thesiel carries a burden: an unexplainable, uncontrollable force of destructive violence - a trait inherent in the people of the Daxul clan. Unaware of his heritage, Thesiel doesn't know that his power, which he regards as a curse, is a birthright of the most powerful warriors of the Daxul. Powerless and afraid of himself, Thesiel confines himself to the library and the company of Loki, his only friend. After Pronoia’s death Thesiel stayed in the college, unaware of how or where his mother had died. Her death tore the college into those who saw the offensive value of Thesiel’s wrath, and those who feared the unknown nature of it. After intense debate among the College heads, Thesiel was allowed to stay as an educator, but not allowed to complete his graduation to AutumnReaver. So, due to his violent outbursts, Thesiel remains a low-ranking SummerStrider, spending most of his efforts on teaching Bestiary to students of the College, seeking answers to where he and his blood curse came from when he can, often recklessly. He has a particular interest, and somewhat of an insight, in monstrosities: his unknown heritage makes him identify with them, but his Druid training makes him abominate them.
