Large blue wings stretch out in the morning sun, shaking off the dew of the night before. She leans back, almost feline like, ready to pounce. With an immense rush of wind, she is off. Every single flap of her wings creates a thunderous boom through the misty morning air. She surveys the landscape, ready to strike at those that dare defile her domain.

Ziphion is the Lawful Neutral goddess of beasts and the wilds, mother of all dragons, and ruler of Shadowfell. She is a subservient deity to Ava, the god of the Arcane.
Her natural form is rumored to be that of a Crystalline sparkling Dragon, and she has glorious sparkling scales which are almost clear in nature. She is rumored to be the only one of her kind.
She is part of the Draconic pantheon, as well as the Glanian Pantheon.
Her lifelong enemy and rival is her sister Tiamat, queen of the Chromatic Dragons.

When Ziphion would appear to mortals, she would take on the shape of an old female dragonborn, dressed in peasant robes.

In her natural form, Ziphion is rumored to take on the massive size of a large crystalline dragon. Her exact color is unknown, as various art depict her as different shades and colors of gems. It is rumored that these crystal scales are tougher than any shield.
