Snorjoro

Snorjoro is an island disconnected from the rest of the continent north-west of Oltistan. It's a large, frozen tundra littered with wastelands, forests and mountainous areas. There are some islands to the north that are connected to the larger landmass via frozen expanse of water. The coast closest to the mainland contains a sprinkling of more built up, civilised cities where as the northern side of the island is dotted with Warlord's camps and smaller fiefs.
Snorjorian society is built around strength. Leaders of each town or city are a Warlord that earned the respect of their peers through displays of strength. Whether it's defeating the previous Warlord or completing a task of extreme difficulty. Due to the frozen climate, they often rely on hunting and fishing to feed their people. Whilst the south of the island is happy to trade and engage with the mainland, where as the northerners tend to invade and harbour aggression towards the other regions.
