Vertiste

Located centrally within the explored regions of Fearann ùr, Vertiste is a vast expanse of rolling hills, grassy plains and verdant forests. It's a quaint place to live and many people reside within its borders. The open areas are rampant with fauna and the forests, though sometimes dangerous, often offer picturesque locations for people to travel through. Due to the many wars that Vertiste has seen, some of its wonderful countryside has fell victim to destruction, but the overall country is a beautiful place.
Vertiste society revolves around honour. Vertiste is ruled by a King, elected by the other Lords of the land, yet that does not halt Civil War from breaking out rather frequently. By the modern age, 3E 287, Vertiste has been long ruled by the Terreheart family. The Terreheart's are known for their strength and honour and have long had backing of many of the Lords. Power-hungry Lords and families who have longed for the throne often cause disarray and sometimes, at the worst case, Civil War.
