Order of the Earth

The Order of the Earth, or Quellers Guild is one of the foundation organizations of The Empire. It has a strong presence in empire territory but is mainly in the four cardinal cities of Daggershade, Coolwater, Easpire and Norden.
A secretive organisation of mages that rule over the land and keep the earthquakes and eruptions at bay. Through successive generations, the knowledge of Dunaren on how to quell the earth has been passed on through the order and led to a peaceful few centureies. The Order of the Earth are the power behind the empire and are responsible for great infernal machines that encircle the Spine, known as quellers. The machines of magic keep the earth at rest and are the legacy of Dunaren.
The order is primarily made up of elves.

History

Formed around the same time as the Dunaren Empire to tame The Spine and set up watch points encircling the great mountain range that now lay dormant.
The Order was set up and founded by The Emperor Dunaren themself.
