A pink-haired Firbolg in black, red and pink samurai armor and a necklace of large red beads around his neck.
Personal History
Baui was born into
Clan Kazemaru of the
Three Clans. From childhood he trained to become part of the
Golden Gust, as was his birthright. Baui’s father was a member, and his grandfather before him. The bloodline spanned back ages.
Through the Golden Gust, Baui learned how to manipulate ki and the art of martial arts. He eventually married a female firbolg named Gidya and together they raised 6 children. Four girls, Kiri, Zenith, Koji, Astrid, and two boys, Poe and Luc. They lived an honorable and happy life—until the day everything changed.
An extremely loud tearing sound was heard in the North side of the forest.
Clan Yoshikaita didn’t even have a chance to react.
Halderoskar the Infernum, an Ancient
Red Dragon, tore through the fabric of the realms and launched himself into the Material Plane. Wanting revenge on the gods from being banished into the
Elemental Plane of Fire, he unleashed his anger. Screams and the smell of smoke and ash tore through the land as quick as it came. Halderoskar was after power and he knew the shard was inside the
mountain. Nothing could stand in his way…
The remaining clans mustered a force to fight back Halderoskar, but it was a slaughter. Halderoskar the Infernum left no one alive. Not one man, woman , or child remained except Baui of Clan Kazemaru. Waking up days after the final stand, surrounded by fire and the ash of his friends and loved ones, Baui wept and swore he will hold his family again..
The mountain grew to be named the Emberoskar Mountain, lair of Halderoskar the Infernum. Those forests are now known as the
Smoldering Woods, for they are still full of ashes and the burnt dead trees still smoldering from the rage of Halderoskar.
Recent Events
After the deaths of the Three Clans, Baui joined an adventuring party with
Akwele Onokankwu and
Valoryn Nightshade, from which the three of them became the only surviving members when they entered the lair of Chief
Nosnra. Baui and his group met up with a
different group of adventurers in that lair and travelled together until his (and many other’s) death in the lair of King
Snurre.
