Green Knight

The Green Knight was a the Champion of the Fairy King. He was in love with a woman. The Fairy King, fearful that the woman's attention would take the Green Knight from his service, transformed the woman into a Medusa and locked her away in a tower.

The Green Knight danced with Diana at the Fairy King’s ball.

The Ring & Wren freed the Green Knight’s lady love from the tower and freed the Green Knight from the Fairy King’s service. As thanks, the Green Knight granted the Ring & Wren a boon—they could call on him thrice, and he would appear from wherever he was. The Ring & Wren used the last of this boon when fighting Milio and the Oni on the Jawbone’s ship.

The Green Knight’s mantle as champion of the Fairy King has since been taken on by Ruvak Wildmane.
