Riverfolk

Deep in the Drowned Forest along the Dunwater River resides a reclusive community of halflings.

Often called “the Riverfolk” this community built their houses in the hollow trunks of the giant Cypress trees that the forest is known for. Their large feet making them agile swimmers and climbers, the Riverfolk enjoy a life of fishing, hunting, and mushroom farming. They delight in smoking their famous locally grown Dunweed, and brewing and drinking a strong ale made with flavorful candy cap mushrooms.
