Sanbalet

Sanbalet is a pirate wanted alive in the town of Saltmarsh for the crimes of piracy, mutiny, smuggling,unlawful use of magic, conspiracy, and pilfering. They are said to be working with Sigurd "Snake Eyes", another pirate.
