Swinburne Bradford

Swinburne "Two-Toes" Bradford is a pirate who plagues the coast of the Maypor Sea. He is wanted dead or alive for murder, piracy, smuggling, arson, and kidnapping. "Two-Toes" is so called because he is missing two toes.
