Yrsa Trollsbane
A blue-skinned, blonde Frost Giantess. She normally wears a head covering, but when it is removed one can see that there is a second face on the back of her head.
Yrsa was the daughter of the Frost Giant Jarl. One of her father's trusted bannermen, Grugnor, killed her father and left her to die in a Troll's lair. Alone and starving, Yrsa took part in practice considered taboo to the Frost Giants: eating Troll flesh. Though she was forced to do so to survive, the act left a cursed mark upon her: a second face grown onto the back of her head. Eventually, she escaped the Troll's lair and swore vengeance on Grugnor for his betrayal.
She made it back to the Frost Giants’ fortress and skulked around the subfloors, trying to find physical evidence of Grugnor's treachery. As she did, she was spotted from afar by an adventuring party. The party eventually caught up with her and heard out her story, ultimately agreeing to assist her in exposing the crimes of the Grugnor in front of the entire assembled crowd of the tourney he was holding.
Once the plan was underway, Yrsa showed up and called out the Jarl in front of everyone. While she had the crowd's support at first, her hood accidentally fell from her head and they all began to turn against her when they saw the mark of a Troll-eater on her body. The adventuring party managed to convince Sigmund, a highly respected fighter among the Frost Giants, to accept her. With Sigmund's support, the rest followed as well--Yrsa was, after all, the daughter of the previous Jarl, who was well-liked. Her cursed form only proved how dedicated she was to surviving.
After taking power back from Grugnor, Yrsa paid back her favor to the adventurers by supplying them with soldiers (including herself) for an assault on the fortress of the Fire Giant King Snurre. Yrsa survived the battles and presumably still leads the Frost Giants.
