One of the worlds close to Fenrus, that has strange borders that are called the domain of delight an area of the planet that are controlled by Archfey who dictate how it looks and the laws of it follows, for example, two Archfey and different side of the could want they area to bathe in moonlight at all time and it would happen because they want it but a new moon wouldn't appear in the sky but it would look like theirs one there and there would be moonlight.
