Xander is a member of the FNG, and a Survivor appointed by the Council to oversee the security and operations of Heaven’s Gate. His reputation paints him as a blunt man, caring little for nuance and circumstance, and expecting strict adherence to the law and regulations.
He is noted to be an exceptionally fierce warrior, boasting monstrous strength alongside relentless endurance, as well as possessing an Imperia that allows him to paralyze opponents after administering even a single wound.
Xander has garnered a sense of respect and fear amongst the residents of Heaven's Gate, even during the short time since his appointment as the High Lord. He enacts swift, brutal, and often lethal punishments for those caught breaking the law, no matter their rank or status.

Xander, despite his skills and renown, is one of the ever-growing number of victims of Harbinger . His headless body was found dangling above the great doors to Heaven's gate with his heart removed and crushed in his bedchambers.
