Personality

A quarter-blood of an elf, human, naga, and vicnar. An immortal. Reigned as the 27th king of Regnar Kingdom. Once an orphan and beggar, who lived more than 1.000.000 years, raised to kingship around 10 years ago, known as the "Foolish King" (a fake persona). The 128th person to be recruited by the Sleeping Lambs when he is 108 years, no one knows his secret as a Sleeping Lambs.

Ability

World Magic: World of Liability ("Lie", "Ability" --> "Liability"). Every lie (including feint or fake) to the user will result in consequences. For the magic to work, the requirements: 1. Anyone inside the radius has to lie that affects the user 2. The user will demand an answer to a possible lie, such as "Is anyone a traitor?", "What time is it?", "Does anyone try to kill me?" etc 3. Anyone that lied or did the action must answer his question truthfully. It can be in the form of words, written, or action. 4. The one who lied, his/her one of the most precious things (either emotionally or desired) will be taken as "Liability", including the life of many. Such as if a king is attached to his city, something bad will happen to the city, not to his position, or if the king cares for his people, a number of random people will suddenly die. Or if one tried to attack him with a feint, the feint will connect as well as the consequences. This effect cannot be canceled.
