Murmur “Silence”

The Prince of the House of Urstad is the symbol of silence and ruination.
“(He only gestures by opening his palm and showing it to the visitor, like a stop sign. Then he closes his mouth region with his hand)” A placate “A silent that worth a million sounds of civilians, died out of time and conflicts. An end to civilization and country, an end to progeny and monarchy, the white mist that takes lives in the silent night. The white cloud eats the voices and gives life to the mute and deaf. The silence bow to respect the final moment of a falling nation.”

APPEARANCE

Murmur usually walks in his slender grey humanoid form. He has three fingers each and a contorted face without a mouth. Murmur always moves in silence and has no presence nor malice, but one noticeable thing is that mist usually accompanies him. When he disappears, the stagnant voices will return and break the silence.
In his true form, he loses his eyes, and his head becomes more contorted while he grows another pair of legs (and floats with them). Small “whirlpools” open and close from all his body at random. He develops a cape that leaves a mist trail, a ring that pulls things around him, and his original weapon floating behind. His followers will bow down when they see this form, as they deem themselves unworthy of this fear. What can be said, as he passes by, the world turns upside down.

SERVANTS

He only has “Silent Robeds” as his servants. They hide their face in robes like a priest (and Murmur’s castle is like an old cathedral), and their mouths are sewn shut. From their head, semicircular metals with spikes and a rod in the middle pierce their head. They walk slouch with a body full of word markings and make no noise. They are vowed to be silent forever and for people unable to speak or act even to save someone important. These markings remind them of every word they want to speak but can’t and repeatedly burn their flesh. Blood can be seen dripping from their eyes to remind them of the feeling of screaming until “your eyes popped”. Their powers are based on silent and quick death attacks (ex., Grasping Heart, Death Touch, etc).

ABILITY

- Silence is Gold: when he gives a signal, everything surrounding him will become mute and soundless. If anyone tried to create a sound, that person would bleed profusely (or crack for inanimate)
- Silver is Tongue: his sound will break apart objects and hearings.
- Break: his punch is an infinite shockwave capable of bypassing dimensions and cracking anything. As long as the cracks exist, they will continuously crack anything that touches them (painlessly). His power can pass through “Void”.
- Break the silence: he creates a dome from his shockwave, which grows indefinitely with him in the center.
- Falling Kingdom: he makes a dot and another dot at a different point. The dot will turn into a line of cracks that spread out. Once it spreads enough, it will crack open dimensions and create endless rifts and turmoils. He can make multiple points.
- Ruination: he creates multiple cracks in the form of “whirlpools”, which keep on twisting and pulling the dimensions (and the objects). He can also make those “whirlpools” inside his body, which doesn’t affect him but the surroundings.
- Silent Kingdom: the aftermath, he will unseal his mouth and turn himself into a collapsing “whirlpool” (a whirlpool that disappears). He turns into mist and spreads indefinitely, silence and trapping everything inside his “whirlpool” until “the kingdom” falls silent. After it is finished, he will expulse it back to its original position, leaving only remains. The truth is that the mist is his “mouths”.
- Original Weapon: a strange weapon, neither a staff, a shield, nor a sword. Only a blade without a handle and has a glowing aura on the top. This weapon creates a sphere zone of “broken glasses”, which is a much more dangerous form of his dome (the size depends on the glow). The zone will follow the weapon.

CONTRACT

A. Avatar Contract

Many seek his help due to his neutrality and power, yet he is hard to bargain with since he isn’t interested in worldly possessions. His contracts are born from causes, as intention speaks louder than words. With the person’s life (and others) as the price, he will topple down a whole nation if required so. And the effect of his contract, the person will lose his/her ability to speak, including speaking his/her mind (only intentions and instincts remain).

B. Mini-Vil Contract

Just like his Avatar contract, he is selective in this contract. He turns into a small flying demon with a contorted head and mouth close shut with two hands. Different from his avatar contract, the user is able to speak, but due to his constant mist expulsion, the sounds are muted while he is around. “Silence is Gold” and “Silver is Tongue” remain the same. The user can use his “Break” ability with limited use due to the recoil will injure the user, and weaker “Falling Kingdom” (only a couple of line attacks can be used like a “gunshot”).
