Tartara

A Ratterpot (a town rat beastfolk) born in 1450. He was one of the tens children, from a simple family. But due to influence from his friends, he learned underground and black-market business, led him into rouge, proficient in business and had connections. In 1454, his life changed when his business was tracked down by the city guards and become fugitive. Heindalf saved him in the sewer from the guards, thus Tartara abandoned his business and made a partnership with him in helping to find his father. At the same time, Tartara became his mentor in roguery skill and many other things. He and Heindalf joined the Blade Rizers.
