Ettin Squash = a dual lobe zucchini. This savory squash is tender and looks exactly like normal zucchini other than its double lobes. Often used in casseroles or even eaten raw it is popular in Tower Rock. Mostly grown by the Plainsmen in conjunction with corn and beans.
