Mild Thicket Truffle

Mild Thicket Truffle – This truffle grows exclusively in the tiny thicket at Truffle Hallow. A mild in flavor light brown colored morsel grows at the base of the trees. Found about 1 to 6 inches under the top soil it can be difficult to find. Often pigs, hound dogs or weasel pigs are used to find them.
