This is an organized criminal assembly. Smaller than most they are based in the kingdom of Saxum. Criminal activities are wide and varied. With the rumors of Saxum joining the kingdom of Tower Rock this places them in direct competition of the Darkstar. A potential gang war between the two may be on the horizon.
