Whisker Shark

Whisker Shark – This is a combination of a Nurse shark, catfish and small whale. They have a light gray underbelly and a greenish dark gray skin like a shark on the top. Some display light colored spots along the back the entire length of the body. Not a true whale they are not a mammal but have large deposits of fat for surviving in extremely deep cold waters. The fat is used to make lamp oils. The meat is eaten and the only bone is the jaws with huge flat grinders like a catfish. It also has very long large whiskers like a catfish it uses as a sensory organ. Some say it can hear, taste and smell with them but none are sure.
