Fueled by an insatiable hunger for wisdom and insight, he embarked on a perilous expedition alongside his counterpart Luna and a cadre of fellow Order mages, their shared goal leading them to the infamous Tomb of K'vex, where the Hand was last said to reside. Little did they anticipate that their path would thrust them into a dire confrontation with the treacherous Yuan-ti, the malevolent denizens of the tomb. Their promising venture took a somber twist, casting Luna and Jasper into a nightmarish captivity at the hands of the sinister Yuan-ti, their survival hanging by a thread. The tides of fate shifted, however, when a group of courageous Festian Knights, commissioned by the Emperor himself to recover the Hand, intervened in their dire circumstances. Yet, the story of valor did not follow the anticipated script. Following their rescue, the Knights determined to continue their pursuit of the Hand, leaving Luna and Jasper in the remote desert settlement of Sandhaven, a decision that would significantly alter the course of their journey.
