Ae'fel
Home to Halflings and Ath, the Great Forest of Ae'fel is a place more mystic than the Kingdoms of Men. Magic of the Feywild is nearly the strongest in Ae'fel, second only to Redvale, which makes for fantastical flora and fauna.
Time is also said to pass differently in Ae'fel, with those who have left claiming to have felt like only a few days have passed when they've been there weeks. Not only that, but those born in Ae'phel live at least decades longer on average.
There are three unspoken castes within Ae'fel. The first, and innermost, are the High Athic. The High Athic are a conservative and isolationist people, with a culture set on carrying out tradition, and nurturing the magic of the forest, perpetually.
The second are the Outer Athic. They live anywhere from the middle to the edge of the great forest. Typically, they have a higher concentration of Half-Athic peoples than the former, and usually live in villages. Tradition is still important to them, but the common welfare of the village is paramount.
The third, and last, is the Halflings. They sometimes live in Outer Athic villages, but mostly keep to themselves on the edges of Ae'fel. They tend to thrive in their own villages and tribes, but are treated like second-class citizens further inside the great forest.
Ae'fel is also home to the Cellayeth; trees of ethereal bark and fiber.
