Plane of Water

The Plane of Water is a realm of unending, surfaceless ocean, chalk full of oddities that one might expect of such a place. The landscape is comprised of water, steam, and salt. From here comes water elementals, water weirds, kuo-toa, aboleths, and other similar beings.
This plane is home to the Perpetual Vortex, lorded by the Flowing King, Saloolb.
The language spoken among creatures of the deep is "Aquan."
