The Para-Elemental Planes

In the space between each of the four main elemental forces exist para-elemental planes: ice, smoke, magma, and ooze.
The Plane of Ice is a realm of binding frost covered in the fog of snow and hail.
The Plane of Smoke is a realm of free-floating smog with the occasional fireball; not entirely unlike the Plane, though it is quite a lot more asphyxiating.
The Plane of Magma is a realm of slow-moving lava, its only sanctuary being a mound of earth jutting out of its wastes.
The Plane of Ooze is a realm of sludge and muck, birthplace of all oozes.
