The Quasi-Elemental Planes

Blending the positive and negative energies of the Great Sphere with the Elemental Planes conjures the elements of Lightning, Radiance, Mineral, Mist (positive) and Ash, Salt, Dust, and Vacuum (negative). Most of these "Quasi-elements" exist within the planes of their corresponding 'prime element,' but there are proper planes for them all the same.

The Plane of Radiance is a realm of incredulously hot, blinding light. 
The Plane of Minerals is a realm of gemstone-laden caverns.
The Plane of Mist is a realm of cool, glowing vapor. 
The Plane of Ash is a realm of black skies and soot-fields. 
The Plane of Salt is a realm of boundless salt flats. 
The Plane of Dust is a realm of wind, grit, and decay.
The Plane of Vacuum is a realm of void and lifelessness.
