The Arcturians are a tough and self reliant people, due to their war-torn past and the fierce winter conditions of Arcturia. Although officially under the governance of the Church of the Heathen Prophet the nation of Arcturia generally tends to its own affairs. As long as they keep sending enough of their Aquaponics harvests as tribute to the capital in Red Chapel the Heathen Church is content to leave them to their own devices.
