Spark Oil

Spark oil is a substance found on Roquan, and used to create and conduct electricity. It is an oily liquid of semitransparent light blue color, and is tapped from mountains and hills. It is used in cities, but is uncommon to find in smaller settlements.
Spark oil is also used as a main component of Spark Drives in spacecraft.
