Church of Holy Satan

As you should know by now, our world is in a state of delicate balance between a complete anarchy and strict theocracy. As such, our world is for the most part governed by Glitter God's fairies and Satan’s priests. While fairies are in charge of Å+*4~, T@Ö#Ä3 is more in favor of Satan and his priests. Both are organized in a similar manner, though with some differences.

Hierarchy

Hierarchy of the Church of The Holy Satan is very similar to the hierarchy of the Head Fairiy Association and it looks like this:

• Head Priest of temple: A head priest of a temple, the one who is in charge of their own temple and all that goes on in it
• Head priest of district: Chosen from head priests of temples, the one who is in charge of the entire district
• Head priest of region: Chosen from head priests of district, the one in charge of a whole region
• Head priest of area: Chosen from head priests of region, in charge of a whole area
• The Head of the Church : The one at the tippy top of the hierarchy. He controls everything from the temple complex in Heavy Metal

How does it work?

The main difference from the Head Fairy Association is that it is better organized and Satan's priests work harder in their positions. While the Church of Holy Satan holds no real power in Å+*4~, Head Fairy Association is still present here, and the head priests still work closely with fairies here.

One main difference is, that head fairies are chosen through a series of silly games and never end up doing any actual work, but head priests are chosen more carefully. They have to undergo a series of tests to prove they are capable of running their temple, district, region or area, and are chosen by being voted for by other priests and also fairies. This is because the fairies were created by Glitter God specifically to have this kind of power, while Satan’s priests are mere mortals, having to prove their worth.

What do they do?

Religion plays a big part in every person’s life, and as such the Church of Holy Satan holds a lot of power and authority over people’s lives. They are in charge of everything from people’s personal moral dilemmas to effectively governing the entire areas of the world. This means a lot of responsibility and power that is not to be abused. This is why they are that much more closely watched by fairies, Glitter God and Satan. While fairies to some extent get to make up their own rules, Satan’s priests have to study the Glitter Bible closely, consult fairies and ask for Satan’s guidance to do what’s right for the world and its people.

They also face a lot more serious repercussions, if they were to be caught abusing their power in a way detrimental to their people. You do have to keep in mind that they are Satan’s priests and a little bit of mischief and chaos only make things more exciting so they may be able to get away with some things that aren’t exactly the most beneficial to their people.
