Halcyon Beach Resort
Halcyon Beach Resort is owned by the company Halcyon Resorts. It is located in the most touristy spot of Central District. Many tourists like to visit it every day, as well as the local people.
The Beach
The beach is a sandy beach with a lot of space for visitors. As an upscale beach resort, it offers anything one might want on their fun day out. For a fee, you can rent one of the spots with lounge chairs, an umbrella and a table for your drinks.
On the beach, you will find clean bathrooms. Here you can do your business, shower and change in peace. Many strategically placed trash cans ensure the cleanliness of the whole beach.
The beach also features a small snack bar that offers drinks and some quick snacks in case you get thirsty or hungry. You should find ice cream carts from nearby ice cream shops here as well.
The beach also features a small stage, where different bands perform live in the evenings, and sometimes during the days. Don’t worry though, the music is provided by a radio in any case.
What to do?
The beach offers whatever you want it to offer really. Many people come here to relax, sunbathe and relax with friends, the water offers a refreshing swim, and many other activities. On the beach there is enough space to play a game or a sport such as ballstick, and shops near the beach provide all the things you may need to buy or for rent. You can also buy or rent floaties if you want to just relax with your drink and float away to the ocean, away from all your worries. If you’re renting, just be sure you return your floaty by the end of the day.
Besides all of this, you can just come to the beach in the evening to enjoy a live performance by whatever band is playing that day and have a drink.
If you’re visiting out of town, make sure you opt in for whichever beach services you may want to use during your vacation.
