Satan's Day

As one of the gods and creators of our world, Satan deserves his own special day. Unlike Glitter God, Satan is a more mischievous god, and this reflects on how this day is celebrated. There are no big celebrations for this day, but the day has many traditions people like to follow.

When is it celebrated?

This day is celebrated in the middle of the 6th month, on the 8th day of the 2nd week. This puts it at just about the middle of the year, and half a year after Glitter Day. The day only lasts one day and revolves around taking time off for fun activities.

Why is it celebrated?

Satan’s Day is celebrated in the honor of Holy Satan. He is known to be a fun loving, mischievous god, and his day revolves around these same ideas. This is one day where everything is closed - everyone gets a day off today, as Satan would want. He knows that life isn’t only about hard work and following rules, but also about having fun, taking time off, and sometimes just doing what you want and not worrying about following someone else’s rules.

What are the traditions?

As the whole holiday, the traditions revolve around having fun, and there are a number of ways people can do that.

A lot of people just like to take time for themselves, play a fun game, watch a funny movie or joke around with their friends. Other people are more interested in another aspect of this holiday: playing pranks on each other. In Ä+*4~, these are usually small harmless pranks, or buying each other funny gifts. Stuff like buying someone a bag of candy but it’s only their least favorite, or give them a gift box but it’s empty, or other silly pointless things like that. A lot of celebrities and public figures like to use this day to post funny untrue things on their social media profiles. Fashion designers would use this day to announce the most ridiculous fashion trends - very possibly even the idea of Shirts with pockets started like this, but people actually ended up liking it.

People of T@Ö#Ä3 tend to take this holiday a bit more seriously though - their pranks are a lot more elaborate and less harmless. If you spend this day there, you will likely get drugged or even injured. Or wake up the next day in Haunted Forest not remembering the previous day. Seriously, if you’re in T@Ö#Ä3 on this day be careful.

It’s probably the severity of some pranks that go on in T@Ö#Ä3 why this holiday is only limited to one day, who know what would happen if there were more days to it.

Fun Fact: The OG prankster, Satan himself likes to join the pranking traditions. One of these was sending snow to Wasteland; an event reported by many vloggers and influencers of the area.
