House Wodisaro

House Wodisaro, one of the Gwatsuke noble houses, flashiest of the family lines dedicated to defending the city of Iun.   They are often criticized by those who stand outside the family for their hedonism and their large celebrations, but this is encouraged by the family who uses this criticism as a smokescreen for their actual ability.

Structure

  • Head of the Family
  • spouses, heir, lead "general"
  • mages and fleshcrafters blooded to the family
  • family members who have fought in campaigns or the arena
  • merchant family members
  • artisan family members
  • children
  • un tasked family
  • Culture

House Wodisaro is glamorous and flashy. They are warrior-defenders, yes, but the family is equally renowned for showmanship on and off the battlefield.

    Public Agenda

House Wodisaro desires to keep its riches flowing and its reputation stellar. The reputation for avaricious activity that they've cultivated has served them well over time.   As such, bribery and diplomacy are often conducted hand in hand.   Despite this, Wodisari are all still Gwotsuki fighters. While they throw bacchanalia in gladiator pits, these are occasions in which the family is able to show off their true power, which is often forgotten until a Wodisari soldier cuts another in half. The idea here is to lay low and hide skills. This allows for other factions to forget and makes them easier targets.

    Assets

House Wodisaro has traditionally maintained control of the Lerdī district of Iun in addition to their territory in the Labyrinth. They have a few garrisons out on the proper continent as well, but are not making serious expansion efforts on that front.
