Tlōgu
The title of Tlōgu is one given specifically to soldiers who have been blooded to a family of higher caste. Tlōgu cannot serve a family of equal status, only one of higher status. As such, a member of the Henume ('Royal -- lit. godly') caste cannot serve as Tlōgu to anyone, but those of the Nuxine ('Noble -- lit. 'second-of') caste can serve as Tlōgu to the Henume if they so choose.
Most commonly, the title of Tlōgu is used to highlight the exceptional service performed by a singular member of a House's hired arms. Any soldier given the title is elevated to the Tahelo ('Elevated -- lit 'third of') caste, regardless of their birth or circumstances.
The concept of being blooded to a member of one's hired family is anchored deep in Iunic culture. To suffer for the betterment of another is seen (at least is seen traditionally) to be a sacrifice worth making. One who repeatedly puts their sword to the test at the risk of their own health for the good of their hired family has truly earned the title.
However, Tlōgu is also given out to calm rising stars in the familial military. By using the title to elevate a pot-stirrer or troublemaker, the family in question prevents that individual from being seen as "one of the common-folk" by their peers.
