Lightning Skeletons (What?)

Sometimes, when a being dies, they come back as a zombie, a vampire, a wraith, or a republican fresh with "back when I was alive, we didn't do anything like this kind of woke shit." Other times, they are used and abused by scientists and mages who have absolutely no respect for bodily autonomy. This is a way that lightning Skeletons are created. Mostly, these are supercharged fiends of the undead variety, who move very quickly in all capacities. They attack many times a turn, they finish quickly in bed, they move twice as fast, and they process grief extremely quickly as well. This means that not only do they hit quickly and often, they are not damaged by the emotional weight of being sentient, and as such, cannot take will damage from magic based effects or by missing actions.   The first lightning skeleton ever recorded by a member of the living communities was by a researcher by the name of Alberta J. Canada. She was looking into a well-lit crypt where she saw two lightning skeletons cup stacking with unincumbered vigor. Alberta was shocked (pun intended) that she was beholding these two beings, not because they were demonic and terrifying, but because they were engaging in such a quaint, passe hobby which has been defunct for generations. Commenting on this, the skeletons were briefly upset, thought about it, and got over it. They then began singing the cup song as popularized by Anna Kendrick, and to the tune of "You're going to miss me when I'm gone," they tore Alberta to smithereens. one may wonder how the news of this discovery came to pass, and that is that Alberta J. Canada was then reincarnated as a lightning skeleton herself, and immediately began attempting speedruns of games which no one has played since 2001. Repeating the cycle, when a new researcher came along to chastise her about this, she processed the taunting quickly, and then attempted the "no humans alive any% speedrun" on the entirety of that crew.   And then she wrote her memoirs, sealed them in a brown paper parcel, and shipped it off the the library at Rockefeller. The stories do not have any periods or commas, but they are very captivating.

Max level lightning skeletons have access to the full tree, therefore.    When a Lightning skeleton makes a melee attack successful, a person who is in visible range of the hit target is dealt damage equal to the skeleton's arcana. This process repeats until there is no novel, visible targets.   Lightning Skeletons can move double distance and attack twice per turn with regular attacks, or by using perks, cast two spells with blood thinning IV.   Attacks -    Boney slash: The lightning skeleton extends its arms with electric tendons, and slashes a target across the face.   Accuracy: arcana   Dodge: dexterity d12 + Agile   Damage: 3d8/6d8/12d8/24d8     Ionizing breath: The skeleton hyper-extends its jaw and gives you a piece of its mind. Er, skull. Whatever.    Range: Visible   Accuracy: insight   Dodge: arcana d10   Damage: 35/55/75/100   If a target is killed with this, the lightning skeleton can immediately go again.
