Caelix
Caelix is a demon of two worlds, existing partly in the Ravenlands and in its reality of Churmog. The features of this demon are hidden, and those who survived it did so by fleeing, so none can account for what the demon looks like.
He preys upon kin by attacking their minds. He uses terror, madness or robs a being of its intellect, leaving behind a mindless being
unable to communicate or fend for itself.
The adventurers encountered Caelix at Ambers Peak where Caelix was able to posess Frostfang (and later Miridia)... in the attempt to free captured Rust Brother spies. The adventurers suspected that Caelix was summoned or contracted to serve in the name of Barittia or Fosco in order free some imprisoned Rust Brothers that obviously spied on the adventurers.
