Virelda Bloodbeak was once a devoted follower of the goddess Heme, a deity worshipped by the Rust Church, known for its use of dark magic. As a dark priestess, Virelda learned the forbidden arts and received intricate tattoos etched into her skin, marking her as a devoted servant of Heme.
But as she delved deeper into the darkness, Virelda began to have doubts about the path she had chosen. The things she was asked to do in the name of her goddess troubled her conscience, and she found herself questioning the true nature of Heme's teachings.
One day, Virelda had a revelation. She came to understand some secret truths about Heme and the Ravensisters.
Virelda knew she had to act. She renounced her allegiance to Heme and fled the Rust Church, seeking out the Ravensisters, a group of druidic women dedicated to fighting darkness and preserving the balance of the world.
With the Ravensisters, Virelda found a new purpose. She devoted herself to their cause, using her knowledge of dark magic to turn the tables on her former comrades and fight against the forces of darkness.
Now, Virelda is faced with her greatest challenge yet: the living, burning armor known as Teramalda, an unholy fighter serving the Rust Church. Virelda knows that she must defeat Teramalda if she is to truly make amends for her past and bring about a brighter future for all.
