Franky

Franky was a skeleton brought back by Wilsire Wildcloak, but had the unintended side effect of giving Franky sentience. They are now both the most wanted criminals in the City of Light after multiple murders including most of the Flame Guard, but most of the Flame Guard were resurrected.
