Krieg "Two Shoes" Karrowey

Krieg "Two Shoes" Karrowey is a small time crime boss in Waterdeep. He got his name from his upbringing in the Dock Ward; him being the only one on his block to be able to afford matching footwear due to his skill in stealing, earned him this rather...interesting moniker. He is the head of a small gang of rabble who's territory is between the Dock and the Trade wards. They mostly deal in stolen goods fencing and gambling, but they've been known to rig pit fights as well. They're called the "Snake Street Hooligans" and even though they are mostly small time, they run circles around the local guard and watchmen. They've been causing trouble for years, but never let themselves get so powerful as to piss off the bigger gangs in the area.
Recently, Krieg himself rigged two notable fights. He had been watching Illidrex's fights and tried to get the masked 'bard' to throw fights for awhile. When Illidrex finally agreed, Krieg paid the masked man double what a normal fight for Illidrex would get him. Though, now some of the other bookies knew the score, and made it hard for Illidrex to get decent odds in his favor in case of more tricks.
Angus too, was courted by Krieg's advances of throwing a bout. Learning from his mistakes with Illidrex, however, Krieg made sure not to win TOO much from this throw. He made even less, however, when Angus wouldn't go down when he needed to, due to the minotaur's constitution. When he tried to renege on this deal with the large creature, however, Krieg learned an important lesson about who to try to cheat out of their winnings when Angus demonstrated that the Tiefling shouldn't go back on his deals...it was the nicest black eye Krieg had ever received.
