The Healing Plaguelands

Where once the green and beautiful lands of the Kingdom of Chondath stood, now lies the wild and unnatural lands of the Plaguelands. While the name may be a misnomer, for the land as it exists now is not a diseased or tortured place, it is still a chaotic and dangerous wilderness. Earthmotes, Watermotes, and rivers of lava dot the landscape between forests of strange and wild trees. The land itself looks as if other planes have erupted from the very surface of Toril. Massive crystalline structures of frozen Blue Flame dot the landscape, catching the sun and reflecting it in myriad blazing colors.
The Plaguelands are home to wild creatures made of primordial force that exist no where else on the surface of Toril. It is a place of beauty and danger, and should be traveled with respect and caution.
