Duke Rhyn of Cormyr

A vampire who came to Nesme from Cormyr in 1586 DR and tried to enthrall the young, wealthy socialites of the city. A black dragon followed him, slew him and took his place. The dragon hoped to use the same ploy to enthrall the young, wealthy socialites into giving him their fortunes. His plans were foiled when the Savage Seven were hired to find a wealthy merchant's daughter who had gone missing at one of his parties.
