Escobel

A red wizard of Thay who trapped the hellraisers in a village filled with people from various times and places. He took them to an extraplanar arena and made them answer riddles and fight conjured monsters for his research. When they conquered all of his challenges, the offered them a piece of information leading them to the location of one of Szass Tam's phylacteries.
