A svirfneblin alchemist in the Fallen Quarter. Sells poisons and illicit substances (and may have partaken a bit too much of his own product...). Extremely nervous, but ultimately helpful. Pan purchased mushrooms from him.
Helped the party find the necromancer Aldred Blackwood.
