Melegaunt Tanthul

One of the twelve Netherese Princes of Shade, Melegaunt narrowly escaped being absorbed by Firble Gemcutter and found himself trapped within a falchion in his ancestral tomb beneath the anauroch desert. There, he enthralled a bedine nomad and guided him in his quest for revenge against Firble. The nomad would eventually bear a half-drow son with a drow priestess of lolth, whom he would leave the blade with before disappearing. Melegaunt then enthralled the son (Nalzmyr) and continued his quest for revenge, slowly revealing information so as to point him towards his goal.
