Emerald Enclave

The House of Silvanus, later becoming the Emerald Enclave, was founded in 374 DR as an organization of druids and others who worship and protect nature. They oppose all threats to both the natural world and those who live in the wilderness. Members are always willing to help those struggling to survive in the wild with branches scatteered all throughout Faerûn.   Members often opperate in isolation from the others, focusing on self-reliance and a matery of survival skills. Each member follows the sae tenents however: the order of nature must be preserved in all its iterations, any force that would disrupt that order had to be defeated and the Enclave will always provide aid to anyone left fatigued or suffering injury.   Ideas such as good or evil had no place among their ranks. instead putting those ideas aside for whatever is best for nature itself. They would all willingly give up their lives to preserve the balance. Most members worshipped either Eldath, the Goddess of Singing Waters; Mielikki, Lady of the Forest; or Silvanus, the Treefather.   While many belive it, they are not opposed to civilization or progress, but instead strive to keep it in balance with the wild. A logger wouldn't be viewed as an enemy as long as he did his or her job responsibly. This may include planting new trees or selecting an area that is overgrown. A city always trying to grow, roads being cut into nature when the cities have no tru need to be connected or hunting being done irresponsibly however would make quick enemies of the Enclave.   A secret language is always shared among their ranks known as Druidspeak. This is simliar to Thieves' cant among rogues and criminals and was extreamly had to learn without a tutor, taking a year or more to master even with the help. Outsiders were never taught this language.
