Sigil
Wonderous Item- Colossal artifact-Sentient Creation
Sigil was created millennia ago to too long after time itself. As other gods set their sights on carving life out of Abeir-Toril Aoskar created Sigil to be a point from which the gods could issue proclamations, engage in arbitration, and come to join in council with a piece of himself and the aid of Chronos and He who Was.
The city acts as an amplifying device when speaking the words of creation and sends them through the multiverse. None but AO can speak them and have their voice travel without aid of this device.
A Deity or Demi God may speak the words when attuned to the city and issue a proclamation that can change the very order of the multiverse. For each word spoken this effect can not be used again for 1d10 centuries. For each word over 10 spoken the speaker must perform a dc 25 charisma saving through. On a failure the proclamation is enacted at the last word uttered and the speaker is destroyed.
While you are the only creature attuned to the City
you can cause one Dabus to spawn every 30 days to a limit of 24
-Spend an action to warp the city around the target, it has to succeed on a Wisdom saving throw vs you spell save dc or be lost in a pocket dimension for 9 (2d6 + 3) Months after it can try to repeat the saving throw again.
-Open and close portals at will, individually or in bulk, you can close a portal forever or create a new portal.
-Accept or reject the travel of divine energy to the city. When rejecting Divine energy any God of Greater or lower divine rank within the City of Doors has to succeed on a DC 45 Wisdom saving throw or be killed instantly, even if the God is only represented through an Avatar. The resulting feedback creates an explosion around the God/Avatar in a 90-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 26 Constitution saving throw, taking 91 (26d6) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Each Priest of the God, wherever he is, as long as he can receive Spells, has to succeed on a DC 45 Wisdom saving throw or be killed instantly from the feedback. *Taking this action causes great personal risk*
-Upon death of the holder of the soul of Aoskar the city selects its new caretaker attuning instantly but not requiring a slot.
