His mother was a human who passed away at child birth, meanwhile his father was a Shadar-Kai from an enclave of Shadar-kai that was living within the city of Hillsfar. His father who died during the execution of the shadovar in Hillsfar by the order of Torin Nomerthal First Lord of Hillsfar, never new he had a son.

Motivation

He want to find his father, knowing that his mother died in child birth. Hillsfar is closed to non-humans therefore he cannot enter it and investigate who his father might have been. His only lead is what he had been told about his mother. He is devicing a plan to enter Hillsfar and find out more. Knowing that his father was an elf leaves Vokic with a fascination towards elves.

Personality Quirks

Vokic wears a bracelet adorned with small chimes that create a melodious sound with every movement. It's both a personal accessory and a symbol of his dedication to creating harmony.
