Tolben Stonehill

Tolben is the landlord of the Stonehill Tavern in the town of Phandalin.
Tolben was an adventurer in his youth and went on a number of trips with a group known as The Merry Adventurers. On their final adventure they discovered the lair of the Blue Dragon, Tushick in the Desert of Desolation. During the battle with the Dragon Syndra Silvane was killed by the Dragons Lightening Breath and Donovan Snider was torn to shreds by its claws. The group effected by the Dragon's frightening presence grabbed the body of Syndra and fled, managing to escape the lair.
They took her body to a temple where the clerics their were able to resurrect here.
Tolben decided that was enough of the adventuring lifestyle and returned to his home in Phandalin where he meet and married his wife Trilena and established the Stonehill Inn. They have an 8 year old son called Pip.
Tolben keeps his magic Great axe above the bar.
