Humanoid in shape aside from his head, which appears to be a large round chunk of lightly glowing moon rock with a face that is stylized like a medieval sun or moon. Stoic and expressionless aside from a constant slight grin, he is nearly impossible to read. Iloh is partial to long, flowing robes and is generally slow and leisurely in his movement.

Iloh has distanced himself from conventional society to the best of his ability. He lives in a remote part of the country made up of deep woods interspersed with large, open fields. An adept magician, Iloh has placed what seems to be a permanent darkness on his territory. The only lights here are those that are cast on his "crops." Iloh has conjured numerous magic lights that are scattered across his fields like stars which fuel the growth of his experiments. In these fields he grows his children - grotesque blends of all forms of life.

He is especially fascinated by agriculture and the fusion between plantlife and other creatures. He seems to have no regard for the feelings of his test subjects or for the repercussions of his actions. Despite his generally calm demeanor, Iloh can be unpredictable in his emotions. Those brave individuals that claim to have spoken to him find him to be surprisingly sophisticated and cordial. He treats his rare visitors kindly and is almost suspiciously welcoming. Once engaged in conversation with those he deems "worthy," Iloh is often eager to share his wisdom but a careless choice of words by his guest can be extremely dangerous. The few that have offended Iloh and returned to tell the tale describe a violent shift in his demeanor: a sudden silence and a penetrating stare. Quietly trembling but never losing his grin, a blinding glow is emitted from Iloh's eyes. A deep bass fills the visitor's mind and thoughts become cluttered as Iloh's experiments approach. There will be no reasoning with him now - only those strong or cunning enough to slip out of the room have any chance of escape.

Iloh does not make an active effort to trouble his neighbors. He is too self-absorbed and focused on his work to bother. However, his creations operate unchecked and he has no qualms about making use of the living samples they bring him. Iloh is also quick to change his focus. If a new idea catches his fancy, he will simply abandon his current project without a care for where he is leaving off.
