Rosario is a florist living in Silverymoon, and the adoptive sister of Kairon Vestarri. She has met the members of her brother's adventuring party, the Chaos Brigade, on a few occasions, including letting them stay with her during their visit to Silverymoon.
Rosario and Kairon met in their childhood, both growing up orphaned on the streets of Silverymoon. While the pair are close, Rosario has a habit of judging Kairon's mistakes harshly - and forcefully, as her brother's companions can attest.
