A lovely city in Bregenduth Forest in Eskorn inhabited by wood elves.
The twelve clans of wood elves have strong druidic traditions, but still maintain the ancient city of Belan'drea as their capital.
The twelve clans send a representative to form a Clan Council. The Clan Council meets once a year at Midsummer. The Clan Council elects one member to be the Governor, usually for life, and operates a limited executive government from Belan'drea.
Their druidic leader is Archdruid Malkuth , who makes his home at Thessalia, the Great Tree.
